Professional photographers capture stunning shots on the scene from one point, but Addmoments shows your event through guests’ eyes. They capture candid moments your photographer might miss like backstage, etc.
Even one small moment can get viral in modern world and these are the random moments captured by guests.
Plus, photographers can upload their photos too, creating one comprehensive collection.
What makes Addmoments better than cloud folders?
Traditional platforms create friction with app downloads and complex interfaces. Addmoments removes all barriers, resulting in significantly more shared photos from your guests.
What browser should I use to open my gallery/magic link?
We recommend guests use Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or any preferred mainstream browser so they are not prompted for the PIN and ensure they have the best viewing experience.
For Event Hosts
Are QR codes different for each guest?
Your event photo gallery remains active from 30 days to 6 months based on your plan.
How long is the upload window active for guests?
You can activate your link anytime you want and upload window will be active for 2 weeks.
Who can view submitted content?
Only you. You can securely view all uploaded photos, videos, and voice messages from your private admin panel.
Can guests download from the gallery?
No. Guests can only upload photos and album is private for hosts.
How do I access photos after my event?
Download everything with one click in original quality, as individual files or a complete zip archive.
For Guests
Do guests need to download any app?
No apps required. Guests simply scan your QR code and upload photos directly through their browser.
Do guests have to register to upload photos or videos?
No. Your guests can send content by simply scanning the QR code or clicking on your unique link, without requiring any membership.
Billing & Privacy
Is my photo gallery private and secure?
Completely private. Only you and authorized guests can access your event photo gallery. We never access your content without permission.
How does Addmoments handle privacy?
We use end-to-end encryption and strict data protection policies designed for personal celebrations and events.
Do you sell or use my photos for company purposes?
No. We believe it’s our moral obligation to honor and protect the memories that have been collected to all private galleries. We don’t have access to galleries.
We do not, and will not sell your photos for our own benefit.
What is your privacy policy? / Are all my photos + videos safe?
We take privacy, cyber security, and data protection very seriously at Addmoments.
With regards to privacy, data, and ownership, as per the terms below, the guest and host own the IP for all content uploaded.
We never use your private content for our own purposes without contacting the owner of the image(and the event host) for expressed permission. We aren’t in the business of selling customer data or content. Our business is built on providing a platform for people to collect memories from their most important events.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Addmoments protects user privacy and data security at the highest level. All photos, videos, voice messages, and memos are stored on secure servers. Only those authorized by you can access the content.
You can check your privacy settings and change your sharing preferences at any time from your profile.
